Frequently Asked Questions
What practice owners ask before they book the call.
Getting started
What happens when I schedule a call?
A relaxed thirty-minute conversation. Before we ever talk, we have already studied your current site, your competitors, and what your patients see when they search for you. You leave with a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and exactly what we would build for your practice.
What happens after the call?
If we are a good fit, you sign and we get to work. You approve the design, we build it, and we handle everything technical through launch.
How long does it take?
Four to six weeks from the day you sign to the day your site goes live. You will not be assigned homework along the way.
What does it cost?
We walk through it on the call, with the plan for your practice in front of you. What we can say here: it is a flat build, the site is your asset from day one, and there is no marketing retainer attached to it.
The build
What is included in the build?
Custom homepage and interior page design, professional copywriting, keyword research, on-page SEO, mobile-responsive development, contact forms, analytics, and schema markup. The site arrives finished.
Do you build pages for every service I offer?
Yes. Every service gets its own page, written and optimized. That is a large part of how a practice earns search traffic: a patient searching for veneers or implants should land on a page about veneers or implants, not on your homepage.
What if I already have a website?
We can use your existing content and improve it. Once you approve the new design, we handle the full transition from the old site to the new one, migration map included.
Can you support specialty practices?
Yes. General dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and pediatric dentists.
Will my website help attract new patients?
That is the entire point. Every site is designed to turn visitors into phone calls, and the SEO work helps patients in your area find you first.
The technical work
What happens to my Google rankings when the site changes?
We run a migration map on every client before launch. We inventory every page Google currently ranks for your practice and make sure each one is preserved in the new site: URL handled, titles, keywords, and content intact. Simple 301 redirects are not enough, and skipping this work is how practices lose rankings in a redesign. It is built into every project, and we monitor your rankings for 90 days after launch.
Do you handle the launch and technical setup?
Yes, all of it. DNS, hosting, redirects, speed optimization, and quality checks. You do not deal with any technical steps.
Do you offer SEO?
On-page and technical SEO is built into every website we deliver: keyword research, optimized titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, and fast load times. It is part of the build, never sold as a monthly add-on.
What about accessibility?
We run routine accessibility scans on every site we manage and use third-party tools to help stay compliant. It is part of the ongoing care, not an upsell.
Ownership & fit
Do I own my website?
Yes. The site is yours from day one. Host with us or take it anywhere. No leasing, no hostage situations.
Can you work with my current marketing company or tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate with whatever systems your practice already uses, and switching your website will not interfere with your existing marketing.
