Q1:What is my involvement in the design?
After you sign up, we guide you through a quick questionnaire that captures your preferences and design ideas. There is space to list specific asks and requirements, and to tell us what you like and do not like. The process is designed to be easy for you. We then build your custom site and send a full preview in about three weeks. If you want changes, we make quick edits and keep moving toward launch.
Q2:Who writes the content?
We do. Our team writes clear, conversion focused copy for your homepage, services, doctor bio, and contact pages. Your questionnaire lets you give notes, required phrases, and any do or do nots. We can reuse content from your current site and improve it. You review everything in the preview and request edits.
Q3:Do I own the site?
Yes. This is your site.
Before launch: Designs and content are our IP. If you choose not to launch and take a refund, you agree not to use, copy, or recreate the work.
After launch: You own the site and you are signing up for our monthly management service for one year. If you want to leave after the first year, give us 30 days notice and we will transfer ownership to you. If you decide to leave during the initial 12 month period, we will bill the remainder of the one year term and show you how to access and manage the site yourself.
Q4:What is included in the monthly service?
Full service website management. We handle everything so it stays off your to do list.

Q5:How long does it take and when do I see a preview?
We deliver your first preview in 3 weeks or 15 business days. We keep you updated, make quick edits during review, and only start monthly billing if you choose to launch.
Q6:What if I do not like the preview?
No problem. Tell us what is not working and we will make updates. If you decide you do not want to launch, we refund your 499 dollars in full. Our designs are copyrighted and remain our property unless you choose to launch—if you take a refund, you agree not to use, copy, or recreate the design or content.
Q7:I do not have photos or content. Can you still build the site?
Yes. We write the copy and can start with premium stock photos. If you have a logo or any assets, upload them in the questionnaire or send us a link to your current site and we will pull what we need. You can swap in your own photos later at any time.
Q8:Is my design exclusive in my market?
Yes. We do not give your website design to another dentist in your market. We track locations and keep your look unique. If a nearby practice changes branding later and it feels too close, tell us and we will adjust your site to keep it distinct.
Q9:Can you work with my marketing company and current tools?
Yes. We coordinate with your marketing team and connect the tools you already use.
Q10:How do cancellations work?
When you decide to launch your site, you're committing to 12 months of service at $499/month. Here's how cancellation works:
• To avoid auto-renewal: Give us 30 days' notice before your 12-month anniversary and the site is yours - no extra fees
• Cancel during your first 12 months: Pay the remaining balance for your initial year, then the site is yours
• After completing 12 months of payments: Full ownership transfers to you at no extra cost
Q11:What does the 499 dollars today cover?
It starts your project. We begin design and copy right away and deliver your first preview in 3 weeks or 15 business days. If you decide not to launch, we refund your 499 dollars in full.
Q12:When does monthly billing start?
Monthly billing starts only after your site goes live.
Q13:How fast are updates after launch?
Most small edits are the same day. Larger requests get a clear ETA. Send change requests by email and we will respond quickly.
Q14:Can you use my current domain?
Yes. We connect your existing domain and go live with no downtime. We handle the DNS and coordinate with your registrar.
Q15:Is SEO included?
We handle the basics that matter most. Clean page structure, fast load times, mobile optimization, titles and meta descriptions, local signals, and Google Analytics setup. If you need advanced SEO, we can recommend a partner.
Q16:Can I make changes myself later?
Yes. If you want to be hands on, we will show you how to log in and make updates yourself. Most clients prefer that we handle them, but the choice is yours.
Q17:What if I already have a website?
That is totally fine. We can build your new site while your current one stays live. When you are ready to launch, we handle the switch for a smooth transition and no downtime.
