The fine print
- Who it covers
- Any practice on an active $287 monthly plan. Coverage starts the day your site goes live and runs for as long as the plan is active.
- How often
- No cap. Practices change on their own schedule, not ours. Most use it every two to four years.
- What you get
- A complete rebuild: design, copy, page structure, photography direction, technical SEO, and the migration work that protects your search rankings through the change.
- What is not included
- Work that is not your website. Custom application development, patient portals, integrations beyond our standard set, paid advertising, and print or physical branding are quoted separately.
- Timeline
- A redesign runs on the same schedule as a new build, and your existing site stays live and untouched until you approve the new one.
- If you leave
- You own your website and always have. Cancel the plan and the current site is yours to take anywhere. Redesign Insurance ends with the plan, because it is part of the plan.
- One at a time
- We run one redesign per practice at a time, and we ask that the current one is live before the next begins.
