Websites for Periodontists who: want more referrals

We build custom websites for periodontists. Identity, design, copy, the site itself, from a studio that only works in dental. A few practices at a time, for owners who care how they are perceived.

The problem

A referral is only as good as the site it lands on.

A general dentist who refers to you is putting their own name behind yours. The patient looks you up that evening, and if the site reads dated or generic, the referring office hears about it and sends the next one somewhere else. We are a small studio that works in dental and nothing else, and specialists are part of what we do. Every site is drawn from a blank page for one practice, with your credentials, your procedures and a clear path for referring offices presented with the same care you bring to the surgery. We answer the same day, and on hosting, updates are unlimited, even full redesigns.

Same day, to any inquiry

“I didn’t have time to give much guidance so I gave them a few tips and they were able to create something even better than I imagined. They definitely delivered and went over and beyond.”

What periodontists need to know.

How you’ll look

Like the specialist in town, the one general dentists are proud to name. Surgical, calm and current, with your training and procedures where a referred patient can find them.

What you’re signing up for

$3,999 design, the same fee for every practice. You own the site day one. Hosting is optional, month to month, and quoted to you. You’re also signing up for a vendor that answers: same-day replies to any inquiry.

If we’re a fit

A few practices at a time. One thirty-minute call. If we’re not right for you, we’ll say so.

Can referring dentists send patients through the website?

Yes. The site gives referring offices a clear path to you: your training, your procedures and your contact details, laid out where a busy front desk can find them in seconds. Standard contact and appointment request forms come with every site. If a referral needs to carry protected health information, HIPAA-compliant forms are available as an add-on.

Will my website or email go down during the switch?

No. Your current site stays live and untouched while we build, and it keeps serving patients right up until you have approved the new one. Your mail records are left alone entirely, so email keeps working straight through the change.

Do I own my website?

Yes, outright, from the day it launches. Host it with us on a month-to-month plan or move it anywhere you like. Nothing is leased, nothing is held back.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Hosting is optional and month to month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How we do this differently.

The $50K look. The $4K price.

Made, not assembled

Template periodontal websites all look alike because they are the same website. Yours is drawn from nothing, for one practice, and it is finished when it is right.

Everything it needs to open

Identity and custom design, copy written for your patients, a page for every service, on-page and technical SEO, and a migration map so your rankings survive the switch.

No pushy sales call

One relaxed 30-minute conversation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Periodontist website questions

Will a new periodontist website hurt my Google rankings?

We run a migration map before launch. We inventory every page Google currently ranks for your practice and make sure each one is preserved in the new site: URL handled, titles, keywords, and content intact. Simple 301 redirects are not enough, and skipping this work is how practices lose rankings in a redesign. We monitor your rankings for 90 days after launch.

How do you make a periodontal website referral-friendly?

We design for two readers. The referring dentist wants a specialist worth vouching for and a simple way to send a patient. The patient wants to know what happens next. Your credentials, procedures and referral path sit where both can find them quickly.

Do you write the periodontal procedure pages?

Yes. Every service gets its own page, from gum grafting to implants, written for a patient who has just been referred and is a little nervous. You approve every clinical claim before launch, and there is no content questionnaire to fill in.

How much does a periodontist website cost?

A one-time design fee of $3,999, paid up front. Every practice in the country pays the same. Hosting is optional and month to month, quoted to you before you start, and it includes unlimited updates, even full redesigns, while you are on the plan.

Who do I talk to after launch?

A person on our team, based in the US, who answers the same day. On a hosting plan, updates are included rather than billed by the hour, so there is no invoice waiting behind a change.
