Will my website or email go down during the switch?

No. Your current site stays live and untouched while we work, and it keeps serving patients right up until you approve the move. Email keeps working straight through the change. If your old company also runs your email, we help with the technical setup so nothing drops.

Can you copy my current site?

Yes. If you like your site and only want out of your current arrangement, we copy it, so patients see the site they know, now hosted with us. If you would rather start fresh, we build a new one.

Do I own my website and my domain?

Yes. The site is yours outright, and your domain is registered to you. If your old company registered it in their name, we give you clear instructions to get it back. Nothing is leased, nothing is held back. If you ever leave, we give you a full export of your site's files and content.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Hosting is month to month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

What happens to my Google rankings when I move?

Before anything moves, we run a migration map. We inventory every page Google currently ranks for your practice and make sure each one is preserved: URLs handled, titles, keywords and content intact. Simple 301 redirects are not enough. After the switch, we monitor your rankings for 90 days. Search engines are outside anyone's control, so we will not promise a ranking, but we will not leave it to chance.

Who on my team has to manage the move?

Nobody. This does not land on your office manager or your front desk. We handle the technical work, DNS, hosting and redirects included, and we help with the complicated parts like email. We come back to you when there is something to approve.

What is included in hosting?

Hosting for your site, unlimited updates and even full redesigns while you are on the plan, routine accessibility scans, and a person who answers the same day. Nothing is billed by the hour. HIPAA-compliant forms are available as an add-on.

What if I want a new design later?

Moving your current site does not lock you into it. When you are ready for a new design, we build one from nothing, for one practice, and your current site stays live until you approve it.

Who answers when I need something?

A person on our team, based in the US, who answers the same day. Updates are unlimited and included, so there is never an invoice waiting behind a change.
